Our Home Casa San Blas first began as an idea, a Boutique Hotel in Cusco with highly personalized service and care, in one of the most magical and mystic tourist cities in the world, Cusco. For this idea to come to life, an 18^th century colonial home was purchased and not only restored, but also remodeled to fit the idea of “a home away from home in Cusco”. Built in 2003, Casa San Blas was the first Boutique hotel in Peru, creating a new category of service, comfort and standard, and to this day continues to be a leader in its field. The concept behind our Cusco hotel is one of comfort, warmth and relaxation personified by the décor, earthy tones and colonial furniture found throughout our intimate and charming hotel. Within the boutique hotel’s own design, we have integrated elements of the Peruvian culture, such as traditionally hand-labored weavings, which are displayed throughout our rooms and hotel suites. With the comfort  of our guests in mind, we constructed a terrace balcony on the hotel´s third floor to allow for magnificent views of the city of Cusco both day and night. We chose to locate our hotel in the historic artisan’s quarter of San Blas, in order to fully immerse our guests into Cusco’s unique blend of Spanish and Inca cultures.
