When we developed the idea of our hotel, we focused on a set of important concepts designed to conserve a sense of harmony with the traditional character of the San Blas neighborhood, send a message to the world about our culture and customs, provide meticulous service, and ensure continued improvement based on an absolute commitment to our guests.

A hidden gem in the best part of Cusco!!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel!! The location is perfect for touring what I consider the nicest part of Cusco. Everything is within walking distance and the narrow cobblestone streets add a flair of old world charm. But more importantly was the absolute, hands down 5-star treatment we received from the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. And in all my years of travel, and I travel a LOT, nobody has ever come to my room to tuck a hot water bottle under my sheets so my feet are nice and cozy! I swear the last person to do this was my dear old grandmother when I was a wee lad of 5 years old. It brought me back to the feeling of safety and comfort that I haven’t felt since way back when. Nice touch Casa San Blas!!! Seriously though I will not even consider staying anywhere else in Cusco after such a beautiful experience. You owe it to yourself to experience this gem!!!

Excellent panoramic view: We have a beautiful terrace from where our guests can enjoy the view. Our suites are also the right area to appreciate Cusco’s landscapes.
Cultural added value: We have incorporated the textile art in our decoration and each room has been named upon a traditional textile iconography, with and interpretation following the wisdom of the Andean weavers.
Personalized service: We honor our traditions and our culture, so we ensure that our team is naturally friendly. During 2018 and 2019, Trip Advisor has named us in the list of the 10 hotels with exceptional service in Peru, based on our guests’ commenst in their platform.
Excellent breakfast: Our guests appreciate the use of natural and fresh products. We have excellent comments at Trip Advisor and sanitary protocols to ensure a healthy and tasty breakfast, the best way to start your day.
Respect for the environment: We reduced the use of paper and plastic, as much as possible, and hope to get rid of it, 100% in the upcoming year. Our amenities and cleanning materials are bio-degradable and we provide purified water (by reverse osmosis) to our guests, at no cost, avoiding the use of plastic bottles.
Free internet: We offer a high speed internet service free of charge in all the hotel. We also have and internet corner for those guests who did not bring their own devices.
